Bloomington Central Station – Bloomington, MN
The Bloomington Port Authority asked Springsted to assist in creating a TIF District and a Development model for the Bloomington Central Station redevelopment project.
Success Story: Downtown Redevelopment
Chaska Curling Center – Chaska, MN
As part of the City’s downtown redevelopment, Chaska, Minnesota decided to build a Curling Center and make other enhancements to their Fireman’s Park. They engaged Springsted to develop an operating pro forma to forecast the facility’s financial performance over time and to assist with the formation and execution of the debt financing plan for the project.

Exact Sciences – Madison, WI
Exact Sciences, a molecular diagnostics company with an initial focus on the early detection and prevention of colorectal cancer wanted to expand its manufacturing, R&D and headquarters facility located in Madison, Wisconsin. The City of Madison’s economic development staff engaged Springsted to perform a Financial and Capacity Analysis.
