Ms. Sharon Klumpp specializes in organizational and management consulting and executive search for public agencies.  Ms. Klumpp has extensive government experience, having served as Executive Director of the Metropolitan Council – the seven-county regional planning agency for the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area, as Associate Executive Director for the League of Minnesota Cities, as City Administrator for Oakdale, Minnesota and as Assistant City Manager in St. Louis Park, Minnesota and Saginaw, Michigan.  Her private sector experience includes serving as the chief administrative officer for the Minneapolis office of a major global engineering and design firm.  Ms. Klumpp also served as an adjunct instructor at Walden University, where she taught public administration and organizational change in the University’s School of Management.  She holds a master’s in public administration from the University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Miami University of Ohio.
