Mr. Jack Ryan-Feldman is an Assistant Vice President and Client Representative with Springsted Incorporated. Mr. Ryan-Feldman serves as municipal advisor to local governments in Kansas and Missouri. He has a wide range of experience in local government including operational budgeting, policy and program analysis, economic development, tax incentives, and real property assessment. Mr. Ryan-Feldman comes to Springsted from the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, where he led the preparation of the city’s $215 million annual budget as well as provided analytical support to the strategic initiatives of the City Manager’s Office. He has also worked in the Assessment Department and Executive Office of Jackson County, Missouri, where he represented the taxing jurisdiction on the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City and the Kansas City Enhanced Enterprise Zone Board, among others. Mr. Ryan-Feldman holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and economics from Loras College (Dubuque, Iowa) and a Master of Public Administration degree from Iowa State University, where he was awarded the Dwight Ink Scholarship for Graduate Student Research and the Graduate Teaching Excellence Award
